We would like to make you aware of our operational hours across all of our sites to facilitate planning of resources and ensure we can offer an efficient service over this year’s festive period.

Distribution Services

Monday 21st December
Last day for 72hr Economy service collection for Pre-Christmas delivery. Offices open as usual.

Tuesday 22nd December
Normal delivery service. Last day for 48hr Economy service collection for Pre-Christmas delivery
Last collections for delivery on 24/12 (AM) or any available delivery day thereafter. Offices open as usual.

Wednesday 23rd December
Last collections for delivery on 24/12 (AM) or any available delivery day thereafter. Offices open as usual.

Thursday 24th December
Final Pre-Christmas deliveries (AM). No collections. Offices close 12 Noon.

Friday 25th December
No Service – offices closed.

Saturday 26th December
No Service – offices closed.

Monday 28th December
No Service – offices closed.

Tuesday 29th December
Normal delivery service available. Collection service operating for consignments input the 24/12 or prior.

Wednesday 30th December
Normal delivery and collection service available.

Thursday 31st December
Normal delivery service available. No collections. Office closure time TBC, intended to be as early as reasonably practicable once we have completed all our duties for our Customers, Networks & Partners. Calls will be diverted once all drivers have completed their deliveries successfully.

Friday 1st January
No Service – offices closed.

Saturday 2nd January
No Service – offices closed

Sunday 3rd January
No Service – offices closed.

Monday 4th January
Normal service resumes with full collection & delivery service

*a) TPN: Last Trunk before Christmas into TPN is Wednesday 23.12.26 – Any Next day Freight must be manifested on AM Service for 24.12.26 – Anything else will be delivered on 04.01.27 Unless prior agreement with Network depots for delivery on 29th 30th or 31st which may incur additional costs. Normal Trunking resumes as of 04.01.27.
*b) Palletways: Last Trunk before Christmas Wednesday 23.12.26 – AM Deliveries on 24.12.26 only. Trunking as normal between Christmas and New Year .Normal delivery service on 29th & 30th. AM Deliveries only on 31.12.26.
