- Your customer gets a text or email confirming their delivery date.
- On the day, they receive a two-hour delivery window, also visible in your portal.
- 30 minutes before arrival, our driver calls to let them know it’s imminent.
- The goods are offloaded by tail-lift and delivered as close to their door as possible.
- For heavier items, our drivers use power-assisted pump trucks, with safety front of mind throughout.
