Position Overview:
We are hiring a HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team on the day shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods to various locations. Being a Class 1 Driver requires strong communication skills, a valid commercial driving licence, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards while on the road.
Newly Qualified Driver Pay Structure: 1 month – £14.00 // 3 months – £15.00 // 6 months = £16.00 (full rate)

Role Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Valid CPC + Tachograph card
- No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence
- Good knowledge of road safety and transport regulations
- Strong ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Good geographical knowledge or ability to use navigation systems
- Able to handle manual handling tasks where required
- Basic mechanical knowledge to identify vehicle issues and perform minor repairs if necessary.
