Andy’s Man Club Take Over Day at HTAFC

At Expect Distribution, our commitment to community engagement and social responsibility takes centre stage, and we were recently thrilled to join forces with Huddersfield Town Football Club, on Saturday the 9th December, for an exciting occasion – the Andy’s Man Club Take Over Day. This day aimed to raise awareness for a cause that holds great significance to us.

We also hosted an exclusive competition on our social media platforms offering fans the chance to win tickets to the game and an unforgettable opportunity to deliver the match ball alongside Ernie, our iconic Expect truck. The lucky winner of this extraordinary experience was Pauli Richards, who accompanied by his son, enjoyed a day of hospitality thanks to HTAFC.

Our partnership with Huddersfield Town allowed us to provide Pauli and his son with a private stadium tour, complete with behind-the-scenes access. They had the privilege of capturing unforgettable moments pitch-side a signed match ball.

We take immense pride in being able to offer this experience and, most importantly, shedding light on Andy’s Man Club – as our chosen charity partner of the year.

Andy’s Man Club is dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding men’s mental health through the power of conversation. Their free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups, available both across the United Kingdom and online, are making a tangible difference in the lives of many. We stand in complete solidarity with their values and mission, and it is our privilege to contribute to their cause.

By partnering with HTAFC, we were given a great opportunity to extend the reach of Andy’s Man Club within our local community. The AMC Take Over Day wouldn’t have been possible without the generous support and collaboration from the club, and we are immensely grateful for their assistance in orchestrating this event. Their involvement allowed us to not only raise awareness for Andy’s Man Club but also to put together an enticing prize bundle for our competition winner.
