On a weekly basis, the US Department Of Energy releases a
national average for fuel costs (both gasoline and diesel).  Our
fuel surcharge is based on the U.S. national average of fuel prices
defined by the US Department Of Energy .  

To calculate the fuel surcharge, look up this weeks average fuel
costs on the US Department Of Energy website and refer to the
table below
